libcxxtools9v5 software package provides library of unrelated but useful C++ classes, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcxxtools9v5
libcxxtools9v5 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcxxtools9v5 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcxxtools9v5 *
You will get with libcxxtools9v5 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
